Ask a privacy question ↓Who is responsible for your information?
FAB – First Aid Base Training is responsible for the personal information it collects. Privacy questions can be sent to mvlc@firstaidbase.com or discussed on 07968 055 470.
What information is collected?
The website enquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, course or question and message. If you arrange training, FAB may also hold your organisation, venue, learner, booking, invoicing and certification details.
Why is it used?
Information is used to reply to you, recommend suitable training, provide quotations, administer bookings, deliver courses, issue certificates and meet business or legal responsibilities. This is normally necessary to take steps you request before a booking or to provide the training you have booked.
Website enquiries and Web3Forms
Enquiry-form submissions are securely passed through Web3Forms and delivered to FAB by email. Web3Forms acts as the form-delivery provider. You can read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Who may receive it?
Information is shared only where necessary with services used to operate the website, email and administration. Where an official course certificate is requested, the information needed for certification may be shared with Nuco Training, First Aid Awards or the relevant awarding organisation. It may also be disclosed where FAB is legally required to do so.
How long is it kept?
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally kept for no longer than 12 months. Booking, payment, attendance and certification records may be kept for longer where required for course administration, awarding-body, accounting or legal purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or object to how it is used. Contact FAB first so the request can be resolved. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
