What we will cover

  • Updates to first aid guidance, responsibilities, reporting and first aid provision
  • Assessing an incident and managing an unresponsive casualty
  • CPR and using an AED
  • Choking, seizures and shock
  • Wounds, bleeding, burns and eye injuries
  • Head, chest, spinal, bone and joint injuries
  • Heart attack, asthma, diabetes, poisoning and anaphylaxis
  • Plenty of practical scenarios and skills practice
